"She was the claims investigator on a recent case of mines. I’m not sure if they earn commission on cases that prove their insured not responsible but it seems that way. She documented things that opposed the police report and said that the police report was a only a supplement. She used the word of her insured as the sole evidence for her investigation. She did not even investigate the case because simply looking up facts about the case would prove her client as being untruthful. She let me know that the only way we could reopen the case was to provide further evidence and presided to hang up in my face as I was trying to explain why the information she documented did not even make common sense(it takes no evidence to prove he was in the wrong based off of simple traffic laws known to everyone). I emailed her and asked what was the best way to contact her to submit evidence but I am left with no response. This, however, does not surprise me due to the fact that I called her over a span of three weeks just to get an answer. This is despite leaving voice mails with her requested information. I am NOT pleased whatsoever."
